It starts with a deep clean
Before any polishing, the outside of the car gets the full exterior deep clean, then a clay bar, so the paint is completely clean before the machine touches it.
- Snow foam pre-wash to lift most of the dirt before the contact wash
- Intricate areas cleaned with soft bristle brushes
- Safe two-bucket contact wash
- Wheel faces and barrels cleaned and decontaminated
- Wheel arches deep cleaned
- Door shuts deep cleaned
- Engine bay degreased and cleaned
- Exhaust tips cleaned and polished
- Iron fallout remover on the paintwork and wheels, lifting the embedded iron particles that dull paint
- Road tar removed from the paintwork
- Dried with soft drying towels, with water air-blown from the crevices
- Clay bar decontamination

Single-stage machine polish: one polishing stage softens lighter swirls and lifts the gloss.

Deep clean
The full exterior deep clean: snow foam, a safe two-bucket wash, wheels, arches, iron fallout and road tar.

Clay bar
Bonded contamination is lifted, so the paint is smooth before polishing.

Cut
Two-stage only: a heavier machine-polishing stage takes out swirl marks and light scratches.

Polish
A finer machine-polishing stage brings the paint up to a deep, clear gloss.

Protect
A 1-year ceramic coating locks it in, or upgrade to 2, 3, 5 or 7 years.

Good to know
Single stage or two-stage: which do I need?
If your paint is in good condition and just needs its gloss back, a single-stage machine polish is ideal. If it’s swirled, scratched or hazy in the sun, two-stage paint correction takes out far more. Not sure? Ask when you get your quote.
Will it remove every scratch?
Swirl marks and light scratches sit in the clear coat and polish out. A scratch you can catch with a fingernail may be too deep to remove safely, so it’s worth mentioning any when you ask for a quote.
Who is the new car package for?
Brand new plated cars, or cars with very low mileage. New cars often arrive with dealer prep marks, swirls and marring, so the package polishes those out, then adds a 5-year ceramic coating and a 2-year wheel face coating.
Can I have a longer-lasting coating?
Yes. The 1-year coating in either paint package can be upgraded to 2 years (+£100), 3 years (+£150), 5 years (+£225) or 7 years (+£300).
